How do you fix the output jack of a guitar?

I have a B.C. Rich Bronze series Warlock guitar. The Output jack has stopped working, and produces feedback. I've tried 2 different cords on 2 different amps, and figured out it's the guitar. How would i go about fixing that?

More than likely you have a loose connection to your jack or sometimes they can get real dirty or corroded (especially the wires) inside.
1. Take the jack apart from the guitar
2. Check for broken or loose wires. Or for dirt or corrosion
3. You can solder the wires back to the jack. If you don't have a solder gun, ask a friend or someone you know works on things.. Also any electronics repair person should do it for about $5.
4. You may need to buy a replacement jack.. Very Cheap! Many are universal...
5. Dont let anyone talk you into an expensive repair. This is a very common and cheap problem to fix!
